Hey Chandler Kasay, How do you make Starbucks' egg bites?

This recipe has become a favorite in our home- packed with protein and probiotics! This recipe will yield 7 muffins & can store in the fridge for 3 days.




RECIPE:


INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 organic pasture raised eggs

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese of choice

  • 1/4 cup good culture organic double cream cottage cheese

  • salt/pepper or seasonings of choice

  • Chosen Foods Avocado Oil Spray (to spray muffin pan)

  • Toppings of choice- have fun with it and add in bacon, veggies etc! This recipe is just showing the basics.


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to convection bake at 350F + add baking dish filled with water on the bottom rack.

  2. Add 6 eggs + 1/2 cup grass fed shredded cheese of choice + 1/4 cup good culture double cream cottage cheese + salt/pepper or seasonings of choice to a bowl

  3. Using an immersion blender mix the ingredients together (can also use blender), the more air blended into the mix the fluffier they will be.

  4. Spray avocado oil on to the 7 holes, fill 3/4 the way full.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes, once popping up, pull out and let set for a moment.

  6. Store in the fridge for a quick breakfast this week! Will last you 3 days in fridge.
