How about an easy breakfast for the whole family! Nutrient dense, includes a fruit & veggie, no added sugar (unless you drizzle maple syrup on top like we do!), fiber and healthy fat to satiate. Take on the go if needed, hope you enjoy as much as we do!
RECIPE:
Ingredients:
2 mashed overripe bananas
½ cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 ¾ cups rolled oats
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ cup shredded carrots
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together in a bowl, press into baking dish & bake 350F for 20 min
Drizzle maple syrup on top, Enjoy!
Keep in container in fridge for 5 days
